Vault Management

The C3Mi Vault provides a store for cash and other funds.

Funds can be transferred into or out of the Vault with full audit trails maintained.
Details of Users, Tills etc. are maintained along with reference reasons.

Funds can be permanently issued E.G. Expenses, or Temporarily Loaned E.G. a Cash Float. C3MI tracks all loans and reports on expected repayment to the Vault.

During the Banking process funds can be transferred to the Vault as well as Banked.
