C3Mi Management Reporting

C3Mi is supported by a number of Management reporting tools.

Sandmar Reporting System:

C3Mi Reports can be printed at any time from the Sandmar Reporting system. Reports can be scheduled to run automatically and can be printed, converted to CSV, PDF or, EXCEL format as well as in WEB format to be published to a corporate Intranet service.

All Sandmar reports are created using Seagate Crystal Reports and therefore they can be modified by the end user if required.

Sandmar Beacon Email Alert System:

The Beacon email service automatically creates email alerts for users when critical events occur e.g. A discrepancy of > $1,000 has just occurred, or as part of a routine reporting service e.g. today there were 16 discrepancies with a value greater than €15.

Beacon emails can contain all relevant management information, or they can provide a link for WEB based alerts.
